Need Help Opening Your Encrypted Communication? You Have Come to the Right Place!

If you have received secure communication from Chirokinetics, follow these instructions to unlock your message.

The email you received will look like this:

You've received an encrypted message from staff@chirokinetics.com

To view your message

Save and open the attachment (message.html), and follow the instructions.

1. There is an attachment to your email. You must select this attachment and click DOWNLOAD. You will then be asked where you would like to save your attachment. Choose a folder you will remember, such as your DESKTOP or DOCUMENTS folder. 
2. Once the file has been saved, navigate to the folder in which you saved the attachment. Double click on the file to open it
3. Your web browser will open and it will take you to a page with further information
4. Click on "Use a one-time passcode"
5. You will receive an email with a number up to 8 digits. 
6. Enter this number in the box on the page from which you requested it: 
   
   "Please check your email, enter the one-time passcode and click continue. The one-time passcode will expire in 15 minutes."
   
   
7. Type the passcode into the box provided and click "Continue"
8. You now have access to your encrypted message
